In an effort to ensure high quality performance and stability for you we are upgrading Trunks. By upgrading we mean replacing. The last weekend of this month a new server will be coming online: goku.ecansol.net. This server will be located in a new data center. So we will be away from any further complications with the data center that had an explosion in it. The silver lining to this is that we are getting a significant hardware upgrade. We are going to be moving to a Core 2 Duo Quad Core system. That's right 4 2.1 Ghz Cores instead of 2 1.86 Ghz Cores. In addition we are putting a 10K RPM drive in this system instead of a 7200 RPM drive. We are notifying you of the change now so that you will be able to prepare accordingly. We will not have new IP addresses until June 26th. We will provide you with your new IP address as soon as we are able to.
Trunks will remain online until June 30th. This gives you 4 days Fri -> Mon to coordinate with our staff to get your server moved.
We will be copying all flat data from trunks to goku for you. Databases are not affected as they are hosted on vegeta.

After reviewing what our hosting provider is prepared to do in compensation for the downtime we experienced this past weekend we are able to offer 1 month service credits to those of you affected by the down time.
We do not feel that this was in any way our responsibility or that it could have been logistically prevented, but value your continued patronage and are more than happy to offer this credit.
To give you an idea of the scope of this incident, other parts of this same data center have remained offline until this afternoon!
The hosting provider is currently in the process of excavating large sections of their parking lots to replace electrical conduit and wiring!

We have more specifics on the current situation. Around 5pm EST a transformer shorted and caught on fire. Apparantly our provider thought it would be a good idea to put transformers indoors. The fire department would not let my provider indoors to evaluate damages until recently.
At last update they indicated early afternoon before they can begin to restore operations.
At around 6:45 EST Trunks went down. This server hosts all Ragnarok Online Services as well as some CS:S services. We finally got word from my provider that one of their entire data centers is down. The one with Trunks in it. We believe the fire was outside the data center, near a generator. Since the generator is part of the power supply systems, the fire department required them to essentially cut power to the entire facility. We assume as soon as the fire is dealt with and the Fire Dept lets them know they can restore power they will. We apologize for the inconvenience.
